One of my passions is cooking, baking and trying new recipes and food. My parents are cooking addicts and it's one of our favorite things to do together and as a family. I'm a lover of seafood, nachos, grilled meat, sushi and of course, sweets! What do you like to splurge on or cook when you get the chance? I love seeing and trying different foods and wines from different cultures. I made this thread on another board and realized how much I'm addicted to food and sweets!

when I eat pasta I always buy fresh. I generally eat pasta with butter and parmesan. and actually i was thinking about a pasta machine today, but first a coffee roaster

I also have the Marcato extruder for extruded pastas like penne, macaroni, rigatoni, fusili, bucatini, etc.

Wow that all looks great! I'm not sure why I started a thread about food when I'm trying to stick to my diet. I just had to jump on the exercise bike so I would not cheat tonight with food.

I'm going to have to look into the Marcato Atlas 150. A quick Google search is showing me you can pick one up for less than $100

I do ribs and Texas BBQ but Facebook has made me too lazy to upload pics to a server and then link them here.

my plan is to get a smoker, ribs, pork butt, brisket, pastrami :thumbsup

I've had several smokers... custom built offset type, cheapo offsets from a retail store, even tried an electric smoker once.

So far the best and easiest to use has been the 22" Weber Smokey Mountain.

A friend of mine recently got a Traeger pellet smoker and it does really well, I may get one. It's ok to have several smokers.

Ne nasedaj na on sto ti kazu jer oni prodaju kao na pokretnoj traci,sto znaci da se u svakom trenutku pece po ko zna koliko. Dodje do zacepljenja,i onda te neke sveze stoje i gube temperaturu. Gledam debile kako jedu sve sto im prodaju.

Znaci lepo kaze" Zamolicu vas za jednu vrucu cim izadje ". Oni ce da kazu " ali ova vam je topla" (ako te ne poznaju ko mene) a ti kazes " znam, ali sacekacu bas kad izadje".

Ne rade vise 24/7, bunili se penzioneri jebeni okolo tako da rade do 2 ili3 ujutru samo. Selendra.
