I've decided I need to let my first born go and focus on a new business venture I have been involved in with some investors and a partner. I started on this a few years ago, sites have some good back links and decent domains with some traffic. Problem is I just do not have the time to work on it.

I have various scripts from TGPX, Predator CMS, Arylia, Tubeace and more. Traffic scripts run off AT3 (free version), domains are all registered at GoDaddy. I have sites that are active and some domains, both adult and mainstream, they are listed below. The network makes about $150+/- a month, not much but I haven't done any work on it in well over a year. Its on a dedicated server that I pay $99 a month for and can be included in the sale if you wish.

* = I have recevied offers for these domains, minimum $300 two over $500. No time to follow up but there is potential to make at least $1,000 off the sale of those domains alone.

Right now the sites, minus one or two of them, are running on single page TGPs. The intent was to create minimum of 20 pages of content and mix between tube videos and thumbnails image/videos. I thought I would go back and try to revamp the entire network, add content adn more scripts to where it was making $1,000+ a month, but honestly no time to do this.

I will consider selling individual domains with a reasonable offer but prefer to sell all the domains, sites and scripts with one package deal.

Along with the sale, I will give you consulting services on how to successfully run a network, build traffic and generate an income. I used to live off these sites alone a few years ago generating over $6k/mo in profit. This is not a "set it and forget it" business so you need to be able to put in some time on this each week, but I will teach you how and with half ass effort, you should be able to easily make $1,000 to $2,000 a month in revenue.

How much are you asking?

$99 for server plus $33,75 domainrenewals a month=$132,75 a month in expenses so $17,25 profit a month, how about 6 months revenue? ;)

most comes organic and from trades. two of the sites get 1k or so a day, the rest are pretty small. im not going to waste my time or yours as you shouldn't be looking at this sale for traffic

I'm not 100% certain to be sure, but open to reasonable offers. have two people emailed me for prices over $1k. I'm not going to try and offer someone help on setting up a network for a few bucks, I'll be loosing $$$ hourly from what I'm doing now, so i need to at least break even
