However, as part of the seller financing at 0% interest @ $1000 per month for 12 months or $500 per month for 24 months, Tommy will retain the Top Left banner ad space for 12 months for ButterflyPink, which is not part of the sale, as i will retain that website for me. But for this price, i will need as part of the sale contract the banner ad space for 12 more months. My girlfriend is OK with me running an adult novelties e-commerce store, as it too is turn-key.
