Totally fair question man, appreciate you asking it straight.

The “catch” is simply that I’m juggling a couple larger projects outside of adult right now, and I’d rather offload the site while it’s clean, stable, and trending upward than let it sit.

It’s not dying, it’s not penalized, and it’s not a fire sale.

It’s just a low-maintenance earner that’s no longer my main focus — so I’d rather let someone who’s active in adult SEO scale it properly.

Quick update — we just crossed $1,000 in November 🚀

And that’s with two separate dips this month where traffic dropped below our usual baseline.
Even with those down days, the site still pushed past the $1k mark and finished strong.

With normal indexing + stability, November would’ve easily beaten October, even though November has one day less.

Solid growth, zero expenses, and still climbing in CR rankings.
