				2257 compliance
Hi there! We recently started a site with purchased selfshot content. We're doing our best to stay 2257 compliant, but have a few questions (since we're not lawyers!), and figured we'd ask an extra time just in case. Firstly, the guy who we bought content from (he's here on GFY) provided us with model passport images of the models holding up their passports. Is this sufficient? There's also a "2257 compliance form" included that's signed by each model. Furthermore, the guy who officially runs the site is in Australia, and our host is in Canada, wherefore I assume we don't actually have to comply to the 2257 law - we've decided to do so anyway, though. With this in mind, however, do we need to post our name and address on the site? Right now, we've made a 2257 link where we're asking people with inquiries to contact us through e-mail. Is this OK? I appreciate any answers!

				 | If you can easily identify all the information on the passports you should have no problems. Adding a custodian of records to your site is recommended and it can be your company, a third party or you personally. |

Might be a good idea to actually read through the requirements too. It's pretty cut and dry. 2257 Compliance | |

				 | Thanks a ton to both of you! This is a site aimed towards Swedish people only, so I assume we don't need to fully comply with it - but at the same time, like you said, it feels like the right thing to do. We already have all the docs, so is it enough to put up an email contact on the page, asking them to e-mail us for 2257 inquiries? Thanks again.
