There are way too many ads on your website. You have to reduce them. Also, too many videos per page, you have something like 200 videos per page. Surfers do not like scroll that much. You still have some flash banners, change them to gifs or html banners.

Your theme looks to be responsive, great. If you embed videos from other tube sites do not copy titles from them, it will not help to rank your website. You have to offer a unique content if you want to rank on google, so at least change the video titles.

I counted 200+ videos thumbnails on your page, that's really too much content, you should limit it to 15-20...no more.

I also think it contains too many ads.

Gonna agree on the too many ads. Just going to your homepage without an ad blocker I counted 14 ads and only 6 actual videos.

I have ads in ad zones.. Nothing in the core area of the page.
I didn't think this was over the top as what else would I put in these areas ?

Because Chrome begins pausing Flash ads by default, so HTML5/gif ads are the future.

Black & Red really looks nice, but to be honest don't you afraid to get some Google Penalties due to tons of ads? If consider that your site is quite new, it's "suicide", may be I am wrong ..
