If I am checking my google analytics stats. What are considered good

These are mine over the last month

bounce rates - 2.88% (seems to be WAY too low)
time spent on site - 3:33

also

the percentage of
SE traffic - 37.02%
vs.
Direct - 21.85%
vs.
Referrals - 41.13%

any feedback or opinions?

Just wondering what you guys average or if this is decent. Also, is my bounce to low?

your bounce rate is very low, from google are your visitors coming to the index page mostly?

I wouldn't worry about it at all though, don't see any problem with that

you must have a warning page or something set up as the doorway?

www.britceleb.com is the site I am referring to. Any reason my bounce rate would be this low? It doesn't seem normal. The main page visited is britceleb.com/

First off., Hot site.. Second Hit me on ICQ for a ABC link trade.

Third. Before you worry toooo much over the Bounce, Try putting in the tracking code again, just incase you missed a coma or something, and make sure its in the right place. If memory servers it should be just above </body>

If you want to talk about getting some SEO work on it., hit me on that as well.

I will add in the "new" tracking code for goog as I am still using the older version. See if that helps any. I will hit you up for the link trade today.

Not sure what else you need to know...I am looking for some feedback on my ratios of visitors. Should I be aiming for more SE traffic or Direct traffic or referring traffic? short of re-entering the tracking code, there's not much you can do to gain confidence in the data.
and i can believe that your bounce is low. the site is easy to look at.

getting direct traffic is a lot harder to have control over - that falls into the world of branding - which takes a lot of resources, and ingenuity.

your stats are actually pretty strong.

obviously working on se traffic would also entail partly working on referral traffic too.

I've been using NextGEN Gallery for a good while now for my WordPress galleries.

It should be possible to get way more traffic from visitors if your niche is celeb. I would try to work on that. Do you have a special focus on a keyword(s)?
