A couple of silly questions about shooting my own content - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm thinking about shooting a few videos (don't worry I'm not in them lol) that'll have the "home made" look you know totally amateur but I've never produced a porn vid that I intended to sell so I need a few questions answered

1. Is there a template or standard release form that covers shooting porn or do I need to get a lawyer to draw one up specifically for my purposes? I assume it'd have to be legal not just here in the UK but for selling it in other countries too right?

2. How much would I need to pay a model(s)? I'm thinking the more amateur the model the cheaper the fee but I'm probably wrong.

1. Find out the laws of your country and province you live in. Cheapest way is to contact a producer in your country and ask them. Otherwise you probably will need to find a legal consultant that can cost you a lot of money.
2. Talent cost greatly depends on many factors. Looks, ability to perform, availability and what you are asking the talent to do. You can get suckered in to paying high fees for low end talent, so watchout!

Lassitor is right - the laws vary depending on which country you are in. If you are in the US though, you can find sample model release forms on the internet, just Google it. Once you become more established you would want to get these tightened up though.
With regards to model fees that varies massively on what you want them to do. A simple topless photo set is one end of the scale and a gangbang anal bukkake video scene is the other - lol!
Models work to "levels" so everyone knows what they will or won't do on camera. If you can post what sort of level you want them to work up to then I am sure someone on here (me even!) could give you a guideline on price.

I think I'd want to keep it simple for my first one just a hot woman on a bed with a few toys maybe just to see how things go. I doubt it'd be worth selling but a good learning experience so obviously the lower the cost the better. I think a "gangbang anal bukkake video scene" is a bit out of my league at the moment

Fair enough, at least your expectations are realistic which is a good start. You will find that shooting porn when you are paying for the models out of your own pocket, is neither sexy nor easy - it's hard work and you will find yourself concentrating more on getting the right footage than checking out the model's private bits - lol!
When you're paying for the location and model and every minute is costing you money, your entire focus ends up on making sure the footage / photos are saleable - but that's a good thing! I am sure you will have a great time - enjoy!
