Post processing & sharpening
What methods do you use (unsharp mask, ect.) and how much if any do you guys (and gals) sharpen your photo content before putting it live?

I do, if I think the image needs it.
I use the simple Photoshop Actions from Fred Miranda. http://fredmiranda.com/
