where does it say that they wont send out any payments until the 14th?

is not til the 14th is until the 7th of january since all payments till the 6th will be late according to their admin area

my question is if my site makes around 10k a week how much i have to pay on fees?

No, he's not. His point only holds true if this company was brand new and these were their starting rates. What their end proc fee is, or how high risk their proc is -- is not a reason to raise rates. Because the question is, why now? It's not like they woke up last week and suddenly realized their business was high risk and their proc fees were high. This is something they would have known from day one. So it doesn't warrant the sudden increase in fees out of no where.

they said that will be sending payouts again next 7th but since is friday and with the weekend so close maybe on monday 10th

Tomas said we should see past payouts earliest on Monday 3rd? I dont see anywhere in my zoa where it says 7th

if you go to reports and then click on payouts you will see that all the payouts till the 6th will be late

An introductory rate is good business. I haven't used them personally but if they were up front that they were going to raise rates then I see no issue.

At least I can take them more seriously now as some of my concerns about them maintaining a profitable business are resolved.

the 5% hold its normal even in non adult take a look ate 2checkout.com have the same 5% and others have even a 10% hold

but what its a little crazy is that is a hold of 6 months when the average is 3 months

And what about the retroactive increase ?

You should have to prevent by email (I didn't receive anything) and increase only for the new payments... The money earned was not paid has also suffered this increase, it's not normal !
