Windows Restore Trojan Crap - GoFuckYourself.com

If you get this crappy Maleware its very easy to get rid off

It pops up a restore window the proceeds to scan your hardisk and tells you you have hardisk errors and all kinds of other memory errors or a HDD failure

It will also hide all your desktop icons including all your programs in your program files so it looks like you have noting on the hard drive. If you try and run your computer it shuts it down after about 8-10 mins saying there was a HDD failure.

How to get rid of it :

Boot up your computer in safe mode and run or download malwarebytes (make sure you update it first)

This should find 5 items of malware which you can delete.

It will still leave the files on your hard drive but it wont execute so you can just delete those off

Its that easy to get rid of it

If you havent got malwarebytes and you download it but you cant install it just rename the malwrbytes exe file to something else

So heres a big fat

to the people trying to make money from this crap trojan install

Thanks for the tips. Get Firefox or Chrome and all of your worries will be pretty much over.

I use firefox but still got the stupid thing. It apparently installs with a flash player or something like that

Forgot this lol .. if you want to shut the malware down if you havent booted to safemode you can use rkill which will shut it down You can download it from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/down...ti-virus/rkill or shut it down from your task manager
