Excellent support at Techiemedia
I was messing with the Apache config file on one of my servers at Techiemedia. I screwed up the file and crashed Apache. Sure I could've restarted it but I didn't. I wanted to see if Techiemedia was monitoring more than just the hardware. I needed to know this because I cancelled my account with the monitoring service I was using.
By the time I launched my web browser and brought up the Techiemedia support page Apache was up and running. I didn't get a chance to submit a ticket for the purpose of timing their response. When I checked the config file, I saw that the tech person had commented out my error and restarted Apache. That was the fastest support I've experienced from any hosting provider. Hats off to Jim, Wayne and their team.
