Let me get this straight. You gain advertising and business revenue from these pics and vids taken at the shows (which is a private event) right? Well.. to video someone without permission then request a fee to remove or blur them out is EXTORTION. It's not public domain and you stand to benefit monetary gains so you cannot video ANYONE without their permission. I very highly doubt that any reality show like Parking Wars or any other type of show like that could legally get away with requesting a fee to remove their faces from publicized videos.

The more stuff I read about you retards the more I realize Nalem is nothing but a scam to take money off the backs of people who want nothing to do with you.

it's not that fucking hard and it doesn't cost a dime to do. Adobe has tools that can do it within time lines automatically. Rotoscope the first frame, tell it the ending frame and run the tool. Done. Automatically on all subsequent frames within the set timeline.

This is just a business model to make more money on the 'content' then shoot on the coattails of others.

Many people seem angered at this proposal, yet the options are clear cut and being filmed IS avoidable.

Nalem is doing a great service to this industry with their event coverage and any business minded person will understand that the removal will be a cost factor to them.

You know what would be awesome is if you had a service where you superimpose someone in the show video. Then some of the consultants that get paid to go to shows could skip the show and pocket the money. If the client asked how the show was the consultant can say "AWESOME...see here is a video of me working hard in the Speednetworking event". Or maybe if someone request to be removed the person who wants superimposed could sponsor the removal and just swap out heads.
