i just did w3tc on ~300 blogs. its a shit imo. didnt help at all. maybe i am doing it wrong :P but disk i/o went up big time. i activated the plugin, and turned on everything but minify [kills css on some themes for some reason..] and CDN and CloudFlare. then i 'deploy' the changes...
