since I had lots of issues with a Ghost waking me up at night and ligthing my lamp and computer and having nightmares . now I use a dreamcatcher over my head and all my problems/nightmares are gone

do u use one?

if u have nightmares you may use one and u will see.... I hope someone cud help me with this in the past , I had to figure it out myself after many years

Never have used a dream catcher.
A long time ago when I smoked, I had tried nicotine patches and they gave me crazy dreams (there's a warning on the box). Also, eating protien before bed will keep your mind active.
