Anyone Able To Get Responses To Amerinoc Support Tickets Tonight??

I have a bunch of blogs down from some database connection error, and I submitted a ticket, then and hour or so later sent in another ticket and that was an hour ago. This is very unusual Amerinoc hosting is great and so is their support, so just wondering if anyone else is having trouble contacting support tonight? I really need these blogs up and need to do some work on them.

I usually get a response and problem fixed within 5 mins with Amerinoc so I am thinking something is wrong, I got confirmation that both tickets were recieved, but that is it, just the auto-response emails.

Anyway, if anyone else is experiencing this as well please let me know and if there is any Amerinoc support guys on ICQ my # is 293125596 I will be up all night.

Just to make it clear too, I love Amerinoc and have almost no problems with them ever, they are one of the greatest hosts around, so this is no drama thread in anyway, only reason I am posting about it on the boards is incase the ticket system is having errors and they might see this and also to see if anyone else is having the same issuses.

yes, same here which is why i am wondering whats up, usually they respond in 5 to 7 mins tops and the problem is already fixed They are great so wondering why I am waiting almost 4 hours now from 1st ticket, i checked old email and the problem happened before all they had to do was re-boot server, i am on a VPS i went to check and I can't do it myself. And old VPS I had before I could do my own reboots, but don't see it as option.

I will check, the live support was off, so I am guessing phone support would be as well. I am just going to wait it out, they always pull through, so maybe just backed up from something?

I just use support at amerinoc and always get a response. Think the longest I have ever waited was an hour and that was late night.

If it is urgent, just log in and upgrade the ticket's priority from low.

My server Dbase is crashing too.
Nobody answering phones, just submitted a ticket. Really ready to switch server companies at this point. Seems things have gone down hill since Amerinoc bought it.

I really never have problems with Amerinoc, this was a one time incident. usually after I open a ticket, even a low priority one, everything is fixed and responded to with in 5 to 7 minutes max.
