i can't comment on this one webmaster but I can say that almost all the top earners with ht stick with 100% tf ads. Really adds up, plus you get credit for any upgrade sales anyway--which is where most of the sales come from regardless.

Not a new service. Have done 100s of them for clients and myself.
The HT interface is simple. It lets you set custom page design, slugs, meta data, page text, etc.... So it's work most webmasters can do for themselves, but when bringing a bunch of dormant domains online many find it much faster and easier to have me do the builds for them. I got a domain getting 500+ a day from se, 300+ alexa back links and has very productive users as is, but all Ive done is basic set up. I have something like 50 domains on HT.

Any advice

I wish we had more control over the colors and design of the HostedTube. Like full CSS access or something.
