who does this? need a small package so not overly critical stuff, but I need cpanel to install/run some scripts.

I'm also happy with
CERTIFIED HOSTING - been a client since 2010 you got Softaculous there that does a one click install for like 150+ scripts so for example WP is installed in less than a minute etc. Plus very much everything else one may ever need in a cPanel.
