I leave a big water bottle and bottle of aspirin before i go out drinking as to help me remember when I get back.

Nothing helps, you need to focus on prevention.

Always drink a glass of water after shots, and eat something hard and fatty before drinking.

And if you missed to do so, a big bowl of grandma's broth can reduce the suffering

The reason for a hangover is dehydration.

If you drank a glass of water between drinks, it is likely you will not get a hangover.

However, if you do...

Within an hour or so, you will feel right as rain.

Do not take anything with acetaminophen, unless you want to die of liver failure. It produces a toxin that acts as a pain killer, but if your liver is already taxed from too much alcohol, there is a likelihood it could become overwhelmed and shut down.

While it can cut out the pain signals, it will increase the damage to the liver, taking Paracetamol aka Tylenol at the same time as the liver is already under pressure from alcohol will put one at risk of serious damage, if regularly repeated you will eventually end up on the liver transplant list.

I quit drinking, but I learned sticking to vodka doesn't give me hangovers, at all.

Once I realized that, I never went through a hangover ever again. Gotta be straight up vodka, no chasers or mixes.

Also less peeing during the drinking.

Gotta get some good shit, Tito's was my favorite.

You should not be a rocket scientist to find it out. Vodka is the purest alcohol ever. The second place goes to Gin. Next one is Brandy (a good one, of course).
