Drink responsibly and you won't have to worry about it. That includes avoiding drinks with sugar in them; like rum and Coke, JD and Coke, 7 and 7's, etc.

IV to re-hydrate. It's the only way to address all symptoms. Most major cities have a company called revive. I use it in toronto and vegas. I can go hard all till 3am and then get an IV blast at 9am and carry on with a regular productive day.
