this is actually very good advice but for fasting to work for most, they have to get in to ketosis first...they also have to research and understand ketosis and fasting so that they can reap its full benefits...people who are not in ketosis get ravenous hunger and do not understand how easy it is not not eat anything and have no hunger...for one to understand what you wrote thy would have to research insulin and leptin and how the 2 control the body...once one understands this it is very very easy to fast...

your advice is spot on nevertheless...

thanks for proving my point that people don't appreciate unsolicited advice.

you're too fucking stupid to even realize he never asked for advice, let alone the dangers of giving unsolicited random unprofessional psychological advice.

and you are only happy when you are arguing on the internet with someone. If you look at my 2 replies in the thread before they were sarcasm but I have no problem with others that know about depression sharing what makes them feel better. This is a community and I'm just happy to see a non-political thread on GFY.

got it. sarcasm is OK when giving advice to a depressed person but pointing out the danger of giving advice to a depressed person is bad.

and that makes sense to you.

True, the readyness to reach out and help should be repressed.

that's not at all my intention and you assuming that is incorrect.

The fact is we all want to help and feel an urge to do so. The simple fact is that doing so comes with a risk. Perhaps there are other things to say instead. Perhaps the op simply needed to vent and nothing needs to be said. It doesn't matter, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my including here that a risk comes with offering depressed people unsolicited advice. you can learn from the thread or twist my addition to it so you can attack me for stating it. either way.

Expelling the Jews would absolutely be the best cure for depression, for Jews and non-Jews alike.

Non-Jews would feel cleansed and refreshed, while Jews would feel synchronicity with the history and evolution of their people. Thank me later.
