Our attorney is reading it over now. This contract was between one owner and NN. Not our current company and TSS.

First off, what in the actual FUCK?! Who the fuck enters into a contract with a fucking hosting company? jesus fucking shitting dick nipples is this 2001? I've never once in my life have had to enter a contract with any host, get those shady fucking people out of your fucking business.
Second of all, Omar you're a fuck, shut the fuck up. Third of all, if you are with these shitheads, read your fucking contract and check for assignment clauses. Chances are the moment these goomba faced fucks bought NatNet the contract you signed is null and void, or they must renegotiate with you to keep it in tact, otherwise you're free to leave even if the contract isn't up. Fourth of all, fuck you Omar you fuck.

I was with certified, transfer to TSS was a nightmare, it got solved.
Then had a run of issued, got solved (after explaining manners to one of the support guys...) Still with them. Omar, you helped me out in the past, my 2 cents, this could have been handled better (aka let the three started go away before this turned into a traditional GFY fight. (why the hell do I still come here???) |

Omar, he signed a contract in 2006. 14yrs ago and he can't leave. He's still under contract? Really hard to justify that. TSS is making themselves look bad. Its not ur fault omar, but its showing the sales tactic of your company by not allowing customers to leave at their own free will.

Even followed up with you afterwards.... Was I bitter, mean. disrespectful? At the end of the day I have a job that I get paid to do, I listed here where my powers are, and where they aren't. I also explained the way out... You have your company and make decisions based on what fits you... Correct? So if an employee jumped over you. That would be ok? Would you fire him? This is simple the OP can easily email the CEO it's not hidden anywhere... For the people in this thread that truly know I have their back, and proven it. I hope I can continue to do so. Thank you for your business and your trust! |

Omar actually sounds like a normal guy doing his job that he was hired to do. You people either never did any real business (yea, i said REAL business) or you're just gfy trolls trolling for the sake of writing shit.
I don't approve of TSS tactics, autorenewing 2 year contracts are shady business, but it's there, you entered into such contract you should know what you're entering into. Same thing if i took a mortage on house for that ferarri i wanted or i blew it in casino. Bank doesn't care, you're getting your shit shoved in, think better next time. Life's not fair, learn to live with it and make better decisions. Conclusion - TSS doesn't care about you and is just doing what businesses do. Omar is a stand up guy.

No doubt OMAR is the man but until we see the contract, i really cant comment on this. Omar is one of the best guy in industry and always available when needed but TSS is a commercial company and if you have auto renewal in contract you should aware of this my friend... On normal situation there is no auto renewal.....

You might have my sympathy if someone held a gun to your head and made you sign a contract. Otherwise quit whining about it for christ's sake. You're about to find out it's a mean old world out there. The rest of you need to get a life.

If someone buys a company and that company being sold can show and offer up that X% of income is ”guaranteed” or contracted revenue - of course the selling price will reflect this. This often means that the selling party will get close to the full value of those included contracts.
For the buying company, which now has paid dearly for those signed contracts - they now need to deliver the contracted services and at the end of the contracts (hopefully) make their money back plus a small interest/profit. They can’t just be ”good guys” and let people cancel their contracts left and right. They have prepaid for your income stream, now it is your turn to deliver cash to them. Think better before signing contracts. In other news, nothing but stellar reputation and the highest respect for both Brad @Mojohost and Ryan @Vacares. I have dealt with both and these two fine gentlemen should be your first point of contact whenever you need to discuss a new server or a transfer. Most likely that will be the first, last and only contact you need. Pure Respect to both of them!

Adraco you did a great job of briefly explaining the BTS mechanism in place for establishing take over valuations. Nonetheless I still look at this situation no different that my own previous marriages. Both parties to that agreement of marriage, as husband and wife, have vowed in the presence of a government official to remain married to the other person "till death us do part". Imagine trying to force the other person to remain in the unhappy relationship, because that vow was made. Sometimes it is in everyone's interest to simply walk away. In divorce the typical cost of the separation is often a division of assets and possibly alimony. Twice now, we each walked away gaining our freedom back and not losing any money, because both parties respected each other enough to not try to screw the other. Regardless if Omar is a good guy or a bad one, the general consensus is likely that he is a bad guy because of the decisions or actions he makes on behalf of his employer TTS. I highly doubt that a thread like this has earned TTS more business. Instead it may have the opposite effect. Those currently having contracts with TTS, are carefully reviewing the contract language right now, and making notes on how and when to exit in case it is needed. I offered the OP the opportunity to send over his current agreement to me, so that I can help access his options. He/she has chosen not to. Often there is an easy legal remedy to an exit, that even TTS is aware about but for their own benefit, would never disclose. Omar I am not in your shoes, as I am responsible for my own actions, and do not depend on an employer to put food on the table for my family. If you agree with TTS poor approach to contracts, then stick by them. You deserve each other. In the event that you disagree, you should go up to bat for those clients that you represent, and ask your bosses, is it really worth holding a client hostage in a business relationship, when its clearly not working for them anymore. Is the negative publicity really worth it?

Wow! There's a a lot going on in this post that has literally left me spinning..... So you equate contracts to marriages? Good to know.. (ladies you have a hot one here) Whether I'm a good guy or a bad? Everyone that has posted in this thread besides the OP who know's me have stated that I'm not, and in the 20 yrs of being in this industry, (what ever companies I've owned and ran) Not one single person can EVER say that I screwed them out on 1 penny. The one's posting otherwise: 1) Don't know me. 2) looking to up their post counts. 3) have been told to do so by some hidden hand that loves fanning the flames. I know the newbies won't get this. but the old schoolers know exactly what I'm talking about. Actually since this thread..... signed 3 new contracts this week. Those that have contracts signed with TSS, if you have ANY questions WHAT SO EVER about your contract and what needs to be done. I implore you to contact me directly and any and all questions will be answered right away. I will clear that up for you, as I do with everything else IMMEDIATELY... I've simply asked the OP for the name, or email on the acct and I'm still waiting... Nalem, you are correct! You are not in my shoes, you have no idea of why, what or how. I've taken on this job, you have no understanding that every job has a ugly part of it, but needs to be done. NO MATTER where you work or what you do. Again If I would've with held all this information from the OP then yes... He would have all the right in the world to jump in here screaming bloody murder... That wasn't the case. That he didn't do what what I have clearly outlined here many times, and expect that the rules did't work for him. I can't control that. If I could we wouldn't be having this conversation... With that said. I hope you all have a great weekend! |

Delivering excellent products, services, and support, has created deep personal and consultatory relationships with our clients. Our expansive portfolio organically expanded with technology trends to meet the needs of our customers’ thriving businesses.
