So, I took the 2 doses on Wednesday and the last 2 days and I have had a yogurt! - It made me feel ill...
I have been told by my diabetic nurse to persevere and it will get better - We will see - If it stays like this I will lose weight for sure - lol..... |

Best product I have ever found for my nerve damage is Curamed curcumin gel caps.
I also take mother turmeric supplement with black pepper at the same time because there is no pepper included in the curamed. |
