just make sure you don't ever host with them.. glad i switched a few weeks ago.. this is the emails i've gotten from them every week..

We have corrected the problem with Win4 that was causing the instability of the system, but there are still some lingering effects from the previous week's instability. As a result we will need to take Win4 down for an extended period of time starting around 1am on 5/16/03 and win4 will be offline for approximately 4 hours as we do this maintenance on the server. We apologize for this but after this win4 should not see any additional downtime in the future.

Last night we experienced a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack on our network. About 50% of our network was affected throughout the night. The attack was on one of our bandwidth provider's router. We have since stopped this attack and everything is back to normal. heh no.. best thing to do is get a few t1's ... they are ALWAYSE up and you are your own technical support... don't have to rely on some one else.. each t1 pushes out 126 gb per day
