what changes would you make? I'm not talking bigger dicks and boobs but other practical design features.

For example, I would make arms either retractable or detachable. This would come in handy particularly for spooning when you don't know what to do with that spare arm or when sleeping to allow more comfort.

Good in theory but where would you move either to in order to remove the conflict? There is very little territory on the body where you could place either part and not have it be inappropriately placed.
