Ok just talked to someone, they took my name and number and said I'm guaranteed a room, they just will call me back to get my info when they're not so busy. Beh, hope they really do and I didn't just get screwed by doing that.

I experienced the same.

They changed the procedure so sales takes name, number of rooms, arrival, departure and your phonenumber, then they will call you back when they got some man power to actually process the reservation in their system.

I finally got through, talked to the same person I had about 45 minutes ago.

She said I was lucky to get back through and that I was her first call this morning for the first set of rooms.

pro tip: if your rooms are all going on the same card tell them you already have a reservation ( if you do ) and they can pull that up and all you need to give them then is the next persons name

Yeah, the second round was easy cause card was on file. Gave the names and that's it.
