Locked out of Epassporte - any suggestions

Locked out of Epassporte. New password was required and went through the procedure to upgrade the password twice. I used two different browsers and tried on two different PCs. Answered all the challenge questions customer support had and was advised to check back in seven to ten days if I don't hear from them.

They have hundreds of my $! Any suggestions on resolving this.

Any suggestions on which govenment agency to start with? I have no problem contacting several.

Government agency? I'd say Michael O of epass is your best bet.

lol @ "government agency"

You have about as much recourse with epassporte as you do with some online casino located in Falkland Islands.

They have a nice F rating too. I know people that have lost 10k + before on epassporte. It just magically disappears and then customer support claims it never existed.

The 7 to 10 doesn't cut it for me either. Have funds going in, have to scrable to change payment method...

Been doing photo work (mainstream). Graduated to Photoshop Extended CS5. A lot to learn. So I haven't the boards much. Still keep spome sites up. That old skool stuff still earns some.

Actually the BBB could be worse for the number of clients. I've read the posts on the Epassporte losses too. Figure it's a crap shoot on weather I get the $. The best chance is michael.olsen. I did send a polite email.

Having dealt with the government before --- It will be a place to blow off steam or just raise my BP more. The BBB may be worth a shot if nothing happens in a reasonable time. I consider reasonable by tomorrow morning sometime.

Does Michael spend any time on GFY?

Been updating pay methods on accounts. I'm not the biggest fish by any means, but still.... Actually over the years, I think someone you wouldn't want to cross about money matters is Choker. He gets serious no matter what the amount.

I did get an email from Michael and responded. For those with accounts, I'd take note of the contact info. If he can solve an issue, it sure beats 7-10 days and adds confidence in the service.

God forbid anything ever happens to that guy. He takes care of all of GFY's epass problems, without him we would all be locked out of our accounts.

Heard back and he has to turn it to Tech. So Michael did follow through and close the loop so far. Hard to ask for more right now.

Don't know?? Customer support was not able to say. Michael has turned it over to technical support. I take that to mean it was not obvious to him why. I can accept technical issues from time to time. Just the way it is. Also because of things like that is why I don't use just one bank or have all my affiliate accounts use epassporte. You hear about problems with PayPal too. Had a lock out at one of the banks I use recently (security - they saw a change in buying habits). They corrected it within minutes.

probably a simple mistake when you were picking a new password...it was probably locked to secure your money...and make sure someone wasnt trying to steal from you
