That is why at one point the suggestion was in the thread to screen shot the account so when it was gone you were covered.

If you are trying to show income, I guess you will need to go the sponsors now and pull your payout info. For expenses, hopefully you have email receipts or something.
Are you still waiting on wallet money? or wanting to show what you had as a loss? I don't know what you do from there.

Mike, you should have asked epassporte sooner for a statement.
An Indian guy sent me a FULL statement (2006-2010) when I asked support in mid September.

There was a way to download a statement of every single transaction from the creation of our accounts to both Excel and PDF.

That tool stopped existing mid to late last month.

Mike I assume that you are not in the US where you would receive a 1099 for your earnings but I bet if you ask your sponsors they can provide you reports if you cannot run them individually yourself in their webmaster interfaces.

IRS is already sending me mail from last year. They know I'm making money.

Those of you not paying taxes on your online income will be getting a letter in the mail soon enough.

Actually most of them don't. I've only had a few do this in the past.

go through your stats remote, seem who you made money with, if you don't get forms from them, request them.

yeah it's a real drag, I forgot to download my statements too.

Although I am sure most people, including epass, want all that data burned straight to hell.

If you are in the USA, your best bet is to simply estimate to the best of your knowledge, the amounts which you were paid or should have been paid. Since it remains to be seen if ePassporte will send 1099s as it is required to do, the IRS will be just as befuddled about the whole thing as are you, so there should be no problem with the IRS accepting your estimates.

sponsors send tax forms over $600 - you still need to report the income that isn't 1099's

If you have records of your previous income, show good faith and can demonstrate that your funds were sent to your ePassporte account, the IRS, which is, I assure you, well aware of the ePassporte collapse, will be more than happy to accept your estimates but may argue with you a bit over the fact that ePassporte fucked you out of some money. You should be able to show from your affiliate dashboards or control panels, the amounts of the funds you eraned and to where those funds were sent and when presented with that info, the IRS will most likely be satisfied. The IRS will accept reasonable estimates if indeed and in fact you are able to show that you really don't know in the case of money technically paid to you but which you actually did not receive.

Not in my country.

I have not received a tax form since I started in 1998. Actually, I've never received a tax form from any company I've ever worked with.

This is a very unique situation Mike ...

and as much as the IRS does not like my telling you this -- as a registered CMA, I can tell you, that if there is no paper to prove you were actually PAID this money, then the government cannot expect you to pay taxes on it.

You do not owe any taxes on earnings that you have "not yet been paid ..."

You may have earned $XXXX.XX with "sponsor A" ... but until Uncle Sam can verify you were actually paid this money (IE: it was deposited into your account), you are not liable for the taxes on it.

The same way that some people defer income over a couple years to reduce a large tax burden ...

Problem is I have at lest one sponsor claiming to have already paid me through epass. I need this info to get them to pay me.

Disagree. The IRS will certainly expect him to pay taxes on it. There are occupations that are nearly all cash transaction based. Using your statement, because there is no paper to prove that I paid my stylist for a hair cut, she doesn't have to pay taxes on that income.
