When I was younger and would ride out to Sturgis, SD, we discovered a bar in Evanston, WY called the Legal Tender that was quite popular with the Mormon girls about an hour away in Salt Lake. We called it Tender Vittles.

Yeah. I think it grew from a Best Western (or something like that) with a lounge to a fairly large unit. I drove through Evanston a few years ago; it has grown a lot. They even have a brewery now.
