Thanks

Yeah, they've been putting out my dvds for a couple of years under the "Third World Media" label. That was cool, but from now on I'll be able to put out more titles at a faster rate, and also build the brand.

Also, I'm looking for an experienced webmaster who know the whole game to run my affiliate program for a %. I have the affiliate site already PusherProfits dot com, but I've just never used it, and of course, I have all the content, etc, but I just don't have the time to mess with galleries and all that.

Nice site design. Is it a custom CMS?

Yeah JoePusher.com is based on a cms, but it took a lot of custom programming to have all the features below.

monthly subscriptions

individual clips sales

pay per view streaming

live webcam through our own system as opposed to a 3rd party setup

our own product store for dvds, etc

and a universal credit/token system that can be used for any feature on the site. for example, if a customer buys tokens to tip the girls on webcam, the girl can send him to go buy her dvd or downloadable clip without ever leaving the site.

and for any purchase on the site, the customer can choose to pay by credit card or use their tokens if they have any.

and everything goes through ccbill, including physical products like dvds.

I spent a lot to set it up.

Thanks.

My homie did the design, and then the programmers at metrix integrated it into the cms.

oh, i looked at metrix a long time ago - do you have to pay them a % of your revenues or it was a one time fee for setting up all the features including webcams, vod, token system?

I just paid for all the programming as I went. No % deal or anything like that. Just the cms license fee every month.

Yes, they do sell. Though, clearly not as much as they use to, but they are still profitable. I only stopped making DVDs due to piracy issues.

It didn't make a lot of sense to me to spend a lot of money, time, and effort to protect my members area, lock down my video streams, and ferociously fight piracy, only to have those same scenes plastered across every pirate site with no watermark, ripped from a DVD. I also had a handful of situations where my DVDs accidentally ended up in DVD groups that were licensed to tube sites or content brokers, so that caused a bit of a cluster fuck and headache. In the end I decided the extra money wasn't worth the hassle. I work in a niche market and in a place where getting content isn't easy, so protecting the content is incredibly important to our online survival.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I just think that even though there is a lot of piracy online, there's still a lot of customers who wouldn't know where to begin, when it comes to sifting through torrent sites to find a full dvd for free. I think most of the people who are watching free porn on the internet are probably just typing cetain girls or keywords into google, and then clicking through sites for whatever they can see for free. I just watermark everything, and if they can manage to get my stuff off my site, and post it on a tube site or whatever, then it's just free advertising. They still won't find all the content in one place, and in hd, like they will on my site. As far as the dvds go, there will always be people who want to purchase a physical product that they can collect. When I was selling home made dvds on my site, customers would pay $29.95 plus shipping for a dvd with 5 or 6 girls, even though for the same $29.95 they could join the site and watch 100's of videos. Hopefully everything continues to go good, and I'm just going to keep going at it.

Great site, great content. The only thing I find hard is the navigation, for the DVD crowd. If they are too "slow" to pirate your stuff, the sign up to get DVDs won't make sense. I would look at that again. Maybe make a streamlined version so the old folks can grab a dvd with a couple clicks. Current set up seems to push them into tokens.
Beautiful site, good luck with it!

I really like your content as well. Amateur POV and 100% real. How do you find so many first timers who are not hardened/hardcore? The freshness of the girls you shoot really comes out in the scenes I've viewed.

Like the 'Ed Powers' of the Latina world! :-) Seriously, great work.

I know what you are talking about, and it was a big challenge to come up with a concept and design for a site with so many features, while at the same time making it easy to understand and navigate for everyone. We did set the "store" section up so that customers can buy dvds or other products directly, without a membership or tokens. Can you tell me the route that you took and what you clicked to get to a point where it seemed like it wanted you to get tokens in order to buy the dvd. For example where you logged in as a member already, or did you click from the homepage, etc? I need to have that fixed if it's really doing that. Thanks.

Thanks for all the props. I just keep looking for girls all the time. It's been going on so long now, that girls just call me all the time, either looking to make a few bucks, or they might refer their friends, cousins, etc.

Sure, I will email ya. I think the site is badass for the majority of the surfers. It took us awhile to build the concept of white-black-latina-asian all on one site. People are so niche crazy they dont realize they can just go for amateur. Like ice cream, some days you want vanilla, some days you want chocolate some days, green tea...
Site looks cool man.
