I don't like dealing with tenants, repairs, etc. There are easier ways of making money ... Like pulling $5 bottles of whiskey out of a dumpster and trying to convince GFY that they are very valuable, and somehow "age" in the bottles.

Well thankfully I'm talented in many ways and can do repairs myself in fact I totally rehabbed both myself. You still don't get the point in that post which was your silver coin has lost value and my silver bottle x 100+ made me 10x my money in days. That's part of my business buying out other businesses in that particular case the one of oldest liquor stores in STL which had lots of 30-40 year old decanters sealed and still in the box.

I've never bought silver coins. I think you just made shit up again. I used to buy around spot and sell a few bucks above spot, for large orders, but I always did bars, not coins. Arbitrage is a wonderful thing.

I can't be bothered doing repairs and all that. If I wanted to go through that just to save a few bucks, I wouldn't have gone to college.

Seems to me I was on point outside of a few assumptions wrong on your end. I do not know about grills but it seems baddog puts a lot of effort into his cooking and food preparation.

Anyway, i like the guy even though he slings shit at me from time to time. I believe all baddog said in this thread was that it would be nice to not be presumed guilty before the trial. However in this case i guess we can all see the writing on the wall.

Donny's mother took down his Facebook page which was the primary source of information for us. However, now it seems I have a direct line to someone in the know.....

Donny's hearing did not go well, his bail was not reduced, it's still set at $500k, he is still in jail, and the DA mentioned "further victims" again during the bail hearing.

We won't have much more information until this goes to trial.
