There is a support group for depression and they meet at the bar nightly. Drink daily and you will have no problem sleeping.

starvation high is real, look it up. ecstasy and anorexia may have more in common than we think

just like all things if taken too far can be harmful. short-term food deprivation high is real though. expand your mind to things you may not have experienced personally and the world gets far more interesting

as if docs are on gfy for real medical advice. genuinely responded to this dude with well wishes and made that clear. just if he feels overweight and depressed my advice may temporarily help

totally do not comprehend the rationale of official regions other than as mechanisms of control but As-salāmu ʿalaykum is like poetry to me- rhythmic in sound and beautiful in script and intent

would get the Arabic script (so gorgeous) tattooed on my right wrist for handshakes if it would not keep me off planes. need to stick to cat paws for that. wish i was kidding :/

actually serious about that, Arabic script is so beautiful to me and love the sentiment.

also down with forgive me for falling asleep in church. which I never have, as I don't attend but appreciate the track

quit my last invisible friend (she lived in clouds and danced constantly) when I was 6 or 8 I think?

I lived in the PNW for over a decade as they prescribe antis like they're not going to make them anymore. The number 1 cause of depression is a bad diet. Cut back on processed foods especially drinks. Do this for the next 72 hours and see if you feel any better. Or go hardcore and fast for 72 hours. Trust me, when you're rounding the 60-hour mark, you won't ever be depressed. In short, a very few percentages of people actually need antidepressants.

Hang in there. See if it's a routine or perhaps just a lifestyle change. Cutting out the shit helps too. Drink more water, make coffee if you do and have it maybe 2 different times in the day at most and forget alcohol if possible. Just general advice not knowing you.

get yourself a notepad and write a routine...


you want your 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
you want to do something important for your life, business & pleasure.
So choose 3 things, work, spend an hour doing something each day you enjoy, exercise, helping charities, anything for an hour each day, preferably after lunch so you have the rest of the day for you & work...
cut down on all fatty products or high caffeine. Sleep for 7 hr´s and if you can´t sleep, have a warm bath before you go to bed.

Gym really helped me out with a similar situation. Get a trainer which will actually make you come in regularly, work hard and enjoy the new you.

Alternatively, fall in love. Lots of sex and all the emotions that brings is super refreshing

Yeah, i'm going to second that myself. Despite being a major proponent of intermittent fasting it can potentially make things MUCH worse for depression short term. More so if you aren't used to it.

Go for a walk, get some sun, eat some vegetables. All these will help.

If not then you need to talk to someone for help.

Start in the morning with a gallon of water. Drink it all day until it's gone. Repeat. Eat when you want.

Research a keto diet? My nephew and a girl who I work with both lost over 100lbs in the last year. Another gal I know has lost 32lbs in 3 months doing it. These are pretty obese people to start so maybe easier to lose weight than if you just have to drop 20lbs or so. Join a facebook support group? Join a facebook group that does outside things?

So much you can do to not feel depressed. Unless you're clinically depressed by a chemical imbalance, you can just choose to be happy. It's not too hard.
