Is that another snippet of wisdom from your mom?

Sorry, but it's wrong.

Several risk factors are either a direct or indirect result of lack of physical activity and poor diet, meaning obesity.

The best way to lessen your chances of having one is regular exercise coupled with a sensible balanced diet that is low in saturated fat.

Well, not all fats are bad. Most people think that fats as a bad thing for them.
But that is not true! So don't be lazy and educate your self and find out what fats are good for you and what are not.

You can find lots of info's about fats in Dr. Atkins' Diet

This book helped me lost 19kgs 2 years ago and to keep my weight under controls for 2 years (no boomerang effect).

you should read up on stuff. i have. this man was a prophet.

there are much smarter people than you or i. at least i know it when i see it.
He died of a stroke at age 67 and his dietary teachings were influenced by his farming background. Not sure where you get the "prophet" thing, especially as to how it relates to the subject of eating healthy.

Edgar casey was hugely popular in his time and has continued to be after his death.

he has left his mark on this world and a legacy, which is more than i can for anyone here.

how many of you will be remembered after 50 years after your deaths for helping others?

or be remembered at all by anyone that isn't family for that matter?

The exact same could be said for L Ron Hubbard. And we all know what kind of bullshit that is. The fact that he was popular, doesn't make it true.

The fact that influent/famous people used his services(AGAIN, in a time and age when people believed all kinds of supernatural for no reason) doesn't make him and his work a fact.

Tom Cruise, rich, famous --> Scientology. Does it make scientology true? No, it doesn't.

You are using a mix of "Ad verecundiam" and "Ad populum" to justify his and your claims.

People followed his advice and were healed. I know its tough to get your brain around it, but he has said some amazing things. has he said some wacked out stuff, sure. but he also never took a single dime from anyone who wanted a reading.

l ron hubbard started his religion on a dare. casey has no religion.

i have no problem being open minded. there are many things scientists do not know. remember, modern medicine has only be around a couple of hundred years. i suggest you do more reading before blowing casey off.
