Happens on many retail sale transactions. Imagine the number of epass VV transactions taking place this month and the number of holds/clears?

This is no big mystery and doesn't require a conspiracy.

On the other hand, I'm not saying that this is truthful reason for the delay, only that it is A REASON that he is giving us.

I bought 2 new vid cards on the 1st (maybe 2nd) the transactions showed up double (so the merchant pre-authd I guess and then sent in the full amount.

So it hit my account twice, happens rarely but takes 30 days to be removed, once the first pending charge isn't posted they drop it. So that would be 30 days for any pendings to show up and be cleared.

No the retards charged you 2 times. Holds don't show on a statement.

Some scummy cash strapped retailers do this on purpose and work with the float even though they have to refund it and pay transaction charges.

Best advice is to call the card company yourself and get some answers on what you are looking at.

Im just telling you what I have been through with various personal and Corporate American Express, Visa and Diners Club cards since 1997.

I call bullshit on this BRO. The only way MiM would make sense is IF epass knew they were finished with the card relationship at the bank. If that were the case, wouldn't they say that for various reasons they were moving the cards to another bank and it might take up to 90 days to have the vv restored... or something to this effect? No, Cm chose the " we dont know" path... which anyone with a brain knows is complete bullshit.


Visa said SK requested the action because of DEFICIENCIES in the program. If this were paperwork deficiencies then I don't think the bank takes this action unless epass had blown them off for months.
