If sknanb enables the Visa's again in the next few days, will card holders still be limited to the daily withdraw limit set in epass? Or will we be able to withdraw larger sums now all of a sudden?

How would you do that since that is not working and wallet is disconnected from VV?

I do believe he means that he got money from his epass wallet to a non-epass debit card.

So they are now talking about providing information about a plan for cardholders to gain access to their funds, as opposed to actually granting them immediate access to their funds, which have already been earned, and are rightfully the funds of the cardholders, not the bank.
