Mr. Mallick is putting all his time and energy into solving this issue as quickly as possible so we can resume business as usual and our Account Holders can access their funds the same as before.
This is Mr. Mallick number 1 priority. Not posting on the boards I have been the primary person posting on the boards for a long time now.

To post what? "I'm working on it."
That's pretty much all he can safely tell you.

The bank in question may be open today for business as it is not in the U.S. but I suspect that the vast majority of VISA officials that could actually work the problem are enjoying their day off today.

A post saying that there is a problem and I will be working to resolve the problem when the opportunity to do so presents itself...would accomplish...what exactly?

He is legit , has been in this business for years and epass is probably his main money vehicule ( if not the only one ) .

Regardless of what happens, it is amazing to watch this event rock the adult industry and affect the lives of so many webmasters and their families. It sucks, but I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before.

Just because bank said how it will be resolved shortly doesn't mean anything.Who knows maybe they already got many such calls and they set that as automated answer

well, still better answer than "hahaha you are all screwed.click."

blofer80 09-06-2010 08:17 AM

yeah i called them and they told me to call another number right away, i cant understand the new number lol and i doubt it will help also. anyway lets say i am not the first one who called them, they knew exactly what i am talking about.

Jman 09-06-2010 08:18 AM

This VV vs Wallet still as some holes for me in it. The VV account on epassporte is control by epassporte and not visa correct? Visa decided to cancel the cards right?

Well if before it was easy to transfer your money from the VV account to the Wallet within the epassorte website, why is it locked now? I get that Visa as canceled or suspended the cards but why can't we log in Epassporte and transfer money from VV to wallet within our Epassporte account? Such transfer should not be control by visa and if ALL money is safe then why can't epassporte let us transfer our money???

If this was answered before then I do apologize but... Epassporte as left ALL his clients in the dark for long enough now I think.

You are not the only one, many will. Epassporte was a solid company for many years. What would be the reason for any change now? The Internet market is growing strong and payment processors like Epassporte certainly too. :thumbsup

I agree. It is a micro version of the global economic meltdown and it's both frightening and fascinating to watch it unfold.

yes they are just doing customer service and to be honest prob told to say that to reduce call volume.

only thing you can trust is the final solution they come up with.

I talked to the operator and she said they are working on it. So the point here is that the bank is aware of the problem and we shouldnt be afraid of Mallick taking thw money and disappear :)

Btw. I just cheked on ATM to see if i can see my balance, but that transaction, as I suspected, was denied as well...

same thing is prob happening in thousands of other businesses and we know as little about them as they do us.

for the outside world this is not even a blip on their radar.

like a fractal effect.

adult-help 09-06-2010 08:34 AM

if it starts working and they come up with some believable explanation, including the strong assurance things like this wont happen again then i will definitely keep them. i really like to use atm to withdraw money anywhere i like..
