Yes. In addition your post from Visa has been posted multiple times...and you misunderstand what you posted.

Adult webmastering is harder and more expensive without epassporte, for sure! Wire is crazy expensive and takes longer time. Now I have to use my personal CC for business stuff. Can't wait for the issues to be solved!

maxidrom11 09-08-2010 12:36 AM

on Friday we all will enjoy our ePass cards

Michael, when I beat you at Fantasy Football this year will you be paying me via the epassporte visa?

The right answer should be yes!

Can you please forward the UserIDs to me then I will confirm that we received the wires.
We have a lot of wire requests so there is a delay in sending the wires out but we are sending out wires in the same order we received the requests.

Michael, when can we expect another official statement from Mr Mallick?

The Visa announcement seems to say that all SKNA-ePassporte Visa funds are available to account holders, and not just those in the ePassporte e-Wallet program, as was communicated by ePassporte CEO Chris Mallick late Thursday in his only statement
VISA says that they did not freeze the Virtual money, and that it should be available to clients.

So did Chris Malick lie to everyone?

Still not a single post in this thread from ePassporte CEO Chris Mallick... :disgust :321GFY

It's amazing how much time Mr. Mallick (as his bootlickers refer to him as) made himself available to speak to the press to promote his box-office failure "Middle Men", yet he can't be bothered to spend two minutes on GFY responding to the thousands of posts in this thread, and the tens of thousands of views.

Whichever way this issue is finally resolved (and as one who lost tens of thousands of dollars with iBill, I genuinely hope everyone involved in this ePassporte disaster gets their money out), it is apparent to me that Chris Mallick and ePassporte are not the most trustworthy people to do business with. :2 cents:

The basic truth is that if Mallick and company were paying attention to their business, and following the Bank/VISA rules, then the travesty which has transpired would never have occurred in the first place.

Visa statement for those who missed it:

Visa LatAm.com Correspondence to me
show details 4:51 AM (7 hours ago)

Thank you for your inquiry.

At the request of St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank (SKNA), on September 2, 2010, Visa blocked network access for prepaid cards issued by SKNA and operated by ePassporte.com to address certain program deficiencies. ePassporte.com is a third-party agent that works with SKNA.

It is important to note that impacted SKNA prepaid cardholders are still able to access their funds through SKNA or SKNA's agent, ePassporte.com. For more information cardholders should contact SKNA or ePassporte.com.

Visa is committed to maintaining the integrity of its global payment network and routinely conducts due diligence to ensure Visa prepaid programs adhere to the company's stringent program requirements and controls.

Visa does not have access to or jurisdiction over accounts. Our financial institutions (the banks) issue cards and are responsible for all billing and account management issues. Accounts are confidential and proprietary information between the issuing financial institution (the bank) and the cardholder.

Please address your questions to the financial institution that issued your Visa card. You can contact them using the address or telephone number on your Visa statement or on the back of the card. Only your card-issuing financial institution would be able to assist you with your inquiry.

Thank you for writing.

After almost seven days of waiting, I'm not more optimistic and I think I see the following:

last note: money is secure(in the plane)!
we tried everything! It was difficult(enter all that money on a plane)!
still waiting for the permission to take off ... do not worry and be happy!

Rami 09-08-2010 03:14 AM

Michael,

I have initiated a bank wire request last Friday but I still see the same balance on my account. I thought bank wires were no problem?

I also sent you a detailed email. Please advice.

Yahook 09-08-2010 04:11 AM

I hope we will get news about Epassporte before the end of this week. Because an entire adult industry is waiting right now. No payments from sponsors, no payments between webmasters and so on. It's probably would be better to hear that Epassporte is completely dead then wait because right now we're all loosing our possible revenue and our time.

Of cource I wish everything good to Epassporte and I hope they will solve this problem asap.

Hope you learned a lesson.

i think everything is easy. epass holding money on virtual visa accounts to prevent most money go out system fast. it is reason why virtual accounts not working now.
Will see what happen next, hope epass will work again! may be not with visa, but with mastercard.

As much as I enjoy your posts, I doubt the last thing on Mr. Mallick's (not a bootlicker, just the way I was taught to address people I do not personally know. Dig up my mother and bitch at her if you don't like it) mind was "OMFG! I must run to GFY and quell the uprising!"

I think that is Michael O's job.

I'm personally hoping that Mr. Mallick is attending to more urgent business, and he will inform Michael of updates as the situation evolves.

I don't know if I'll ever see my $205 again. If I lose it, it will be the smallest sum of money I've lost due to a program or service shutting down in over twelve years. I'll miss the convenience of my VV, though.

I see you your IBill, and I raise you a Lancelot, a Sypro, a Globill, and a Cash Titans.

Michael,

Why did ePass change bank from Netherlands Antilles to St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla some time ago?

St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla is full of problems?

Hope you change bank again.

Pointing something like that out is sort of like pointing out that a man has a penis. The guy KNOWS he is $100 short, but everyone has to point out that he should have more money, that maybe he should not have gone on vacation blah blah. In a perfect world everyone would have at least 2 years salary banked for emergencies. Sadly this isn't a perfect world, shit happens. It is what you do when things go wrong that defines who a person is and the stuff they are made of. No one knows what happens next in life...you may have 2 years of wages saved up and BAM, terrible accident, insurance doesn't cover it all and your entire savings is wiped out, what's more, you can't work.

So maybe everyone should stop trying to make those affected by the epass situation feel worse by telling them they should have prepared better and maybe have a little empathy for them knowing, that one day, their turn will come and hopefully people will be sympathetic to their plight. I could never figure out what people got out of kicking people when they are down.

Not Good

I have read all 45 pages. And it doesn't look good.
Michael O. is saying nothing of important of what is going on. MO is not answered one single question where people ask directly what is going on.
Also Mr. Mallick has not made one single comment, and some say he has better things to do, hmmmm. Maybe using two minutes here where all his clients are. The people who have made him rich. The guy do sleep? Maybe not in meeting over the weekend? Maybe not in meeting in the evening so a comment from Mr. Mallick would be the least we can expect BUT NO. And why.... because the money is gone. I feel bad about it I have over +3K and they are lost. I hope I am wrong but deep inside I know I am right. There is nothing on this board to backup we are getting our money, nothing just some BS words from different profiles tryoing to assure everything is fine BUT nothing to back it up nothing. Almost a week has gone and Mr. Mallick can't spend 2 minutes posting a comment... NO WAY. Think about it - be realistic. All his clients is here all the people who made epassporte a company. And not one single post. NOT GOOD. Something is terrible wrong, thats for sure. I would love to get my +3k but spending more time have just make me in sick. I would love to talk to Mr. Mallick in person thats for sure. I think I will go to the boxing gym for now. Good luck to all.
