I myself have been a victim of a racist hate crime. I was told that I wasn't allowed to file a report as a hate crime because the attacker was Hispanic and I was white. The police told me you know how it is we aren't allowed to be victims of a hate crime and no judge would convict him. The cops also laughed at me when I told them the attacker yelled racial slurs before he came up on me and started attacking me.

For the past several months only black people have been associated with the knock out game and they have been attacking and killing only white people and none of them where convicted of a hate crime since the victim was white. This is the first time I've heard of a white person attacking a black person in this game and guess what he gets charged with a felony hate crime because the victim was black http://www.cnn.com/2013/12/27/justic...html?hpt=hp_t2

How about showing the faces and names of those black people that killed that defenseless white father when he was walking home from work? How come only black people and other races besides white people are allowed to file police reports for hate crimes?

I think everyone should be treated equally! White people in America get treated like shit and we have far less rights than any other races! Foreigners can come to America can move to this country and get loans and free money that Americans are not entitled too!

i personally don't give a shit about racism or anyone's emotional bullshit, blame games etc. This guy however deserves to be under the prison. He not only did what he did... but it was premeditated and he was very clear that it was 100% about race alone. Anyone that attacks a helpless person needs to be removed from the gene pool... period. Kids today are so far beyond idiotic that it simply defies logic. Someone had to be made an example of with this stuff and he served it all up on a silver platter for prosecutors... and I hope he spends the next 20 years of his life thinking about it from a cold cell, being afraid for his life every single day.

Right but the guy that killed a 62 year old white man while screaming I hate white people - should he be charged with a hate crime? The question is, should these laws be equally enforced, or selectively?
